Edgar R. Page, Chairman

Edgar R. Page is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PageOne Financial, inc. Mr. Page acquired the firm in 2002 and has taken the helm in the management of existing investment programs and in the creation of several innovative new programs.

A native of New York State, Mr. Page attended Cornell University and Marist Graduate School. Mr. Page formed his own Registered Investment Advisory firm in 1984, following a number of years as a Registered Representative with a major Wall Street firm. As owner of a Registered Advisory Firm, Mr. Page established a long history of identifying and avoiding the biggest market downturns of the past 30 years, including October 1987 (Black Monday), the Tech Collapse of 2000, and most recently the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy of 2008.

Mr. Page’s approach to the financial markets has successfully allowed PageOne Financial to evaluate the “big picture” by coalescing macroeconomic data, market sentiment, and global themes. His investment discipline has proven beneficial in a market era defined by bubbles, periods of high volatility, and the globalization of finance.

Mr. Page is an active member of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and is a fundraiser for several charitable organizations throughout the Capital District of New York State. He resides near Saratoga Springs, NY.

Joseph Arena, Chief Market Strategist

A native of New York State, Mr. Arena graduated magna cum laude, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Binghamton University. Mr. Arena has been at PageOne Financial since 2003 and has been instrumental in the creation and maintenance of its investment models. He currently resides in Albany, NY.

Sean Burke, Director of Operations

A native of New York State, Mr. Burke graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, NY with a B.S. in Finance. Mr. Burke has been a part of PageOne Financial since 2000 and has been an important asset to the firm. As Director of Operations, he oversees the daily operations of the firm and is the direct contact for our representatives. Mr. Burke currently resides in Albany, NY with his wife and son.

Daniela Sainato, Accounts Manager

Daniela Sainato has been with PageOne Financial since 2006. Starting in the Accounts Department, she was responsible for processing and maintaining all new client accounts. She currently holds the position of Accounts Manager and is responsible for all aspects of client accounts, including but not limited to trading, billing and communications with Registered Representatives and custodian firms. Ms. Sainato attended Sage College of Albany and resides in Albany, NY.
